About me
Hi there! My name is Elizabeth! I'm a photographer based in Le Mars, IA.
I first started into the photography world when my oldest son was born. My husband and I bought a camera, and wanted to learn how to document our growing family ourselves! Fast forward some years, and now I really enjoy helping other families document life with their kids as well!
I especially enjoy taking photos outdoors, capturing a golden glow! Do you have a meaningful location in mind? Or a special item to include? Let's coordinate to make some memorable photos!
Why Family Photos?
Life gets so busy! It's hard sometimes to get an accurate picture of the ages and stages that your family is in! I'd love to help you remember what is special to your family. The way your nine-year old cracks up when telling a joke, the squishy little snuggles of your newborn, the glow in the eyes of your senior, the happy dimples of your toddler...all beautiful characteristics of your family!

What I do

Family
I love taking pictures of families in a low-stress way. In a family session, we get to capture genuine and natural moments of your family interacting and having fun with one another. We'll take a few "Christmas card" type photos, and plenty that capture the feeling of your family being together

NB+Baby
Welcoming a baby into your family is such a special time, and I love helping you capture all the cute baby yawns, smiles, and snuggles. I like to allow plenty of time for newborn photos, so babies are happy, and we can get all those adorable photos of baby, parents, and siblings we're looking for!

Seniors
Graduating high school is a big accomplishment! Let's document the end of one journey and the start of a new one! Do you have a meaningful location in mind? Or sports or clubs that you'd like to remember? Let's talk and make this a meaningful and fun session for you!

Mini Sessions
I occasionally offer seasonal mini sessions. This is a great time for a short and sweet session, with a smaller selection of images. There are a few select days for this, and availability is first-come-first-served!
